Vehicle redesign

Lamborghini Revuelto Full Development Program

One vehicle. Connected exterior, interior, wheel and detail design streams.

Connected program

One vehicle.
Five development streams.

Each stream is developed as part of the same technical and visual system. Decisions stay connected from the first reference through to the production-ready component.

Exterior

Body architecture, proportion and surface character

Aerodynamics

Airflow studies, pressure zones and validation

Interior

Cabin architecture, seating, color and trim

Wheels

Research, sketch, digital development and construction

Details

Exhaust, material definition and finishing

Design DNA

Understand the original before changing it.

The program begins by mapping the vehicle's existing visual logic: its stance, tension lines, volumes and unmistakable Lamborghini cues. Every intervention must feel more focused without losing the original identity.

Revuelto — Understand the original before changing it.
Original proportion, line logic and recognisable anchors
Research & sketch

From references to selected direction.

Visual research is converted into fast exploratory sketches. Competing ideas are compared against one common brief, then reduced to a coherent direction ready for digital development.

Revuelto — From references to selected direction.
Research, sketches and selected direction
Digital development

Measured geometry and real body preparation.

The real vehicle is documented at engineering scale before new aerodynamic parts and mounting logic are resolved.

Revuelto — Measured geometry and real body preparation.
Measured package and resolved digital direction
Aerodynamics

Airflow, pressure and iteration.

CFD is used as a design tool, not a final check. Pressure, separation and cooling behavior guide every iteration until performance and visual clarity support one another.

Revuelto — Airflow, pressure and iteration.
CFD airflow, wake and pressure study
Interior & CMF

Cabin architecture, trim and seating.

The cabin is treated as a complete environment. Materials, color breaks, touch points and seating geometry are developed together so the interior has the same precision as the exterior.

Revuelto — Cabin architecture, trim and seating.
CMF direction and complete cabin architecture
Wheel program

Research, render and physical detail.

Wheel design moves from graphic exploration to engineered geometry. Spoke tension, brake clearance, load paths and manufacturing constraints are resolved as a single design problem.

Revuelto — Research, render and physical detail.
Complete forged wheel and material evidence
Technical details

Material, package and finish.

Visible components are developed down to mounting logic, material selection and final surface treatment. The result must be credible at engineering distance and rewarding at close range.

Revuelto — Material, package and finish.
Exhaust construction and resolved surface finish
Final vehicle

One vehicle. Every component.

Exterior, aero, interior, wheels and technical details return to the full vehicle. One connected program creates one resolved character rather than a collection of unrelated parts.

Revuelto — One vehicle. Every component.
Complete program output in vehicle context

Program output

One design language.
Every component.
